Melody has never been very cuddly with Grandpa..well maybe when she was a baby..but since then hardly gives him the time of day. But Grandpa keeps trying and he finially had his time two days in a row! June 14th and June 15th we were at Grandpa’s house for the day visiting and Melody sat down at the table and talked with Grandpa and chatted a bit. Then was off again. Notice Kylie trying to get in on it. Then late the next night Melody wanted to read a book..and then another and another and another. They ended up reading 10 or 11 books that night. Notice how Melody was a bit further off and by the end was cuddled up nice and close and even smiling! I have always loved a girl and her Grandpa!
